Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process typically involves an initial screening, followed by technical assessments or skill tests, and then one or more in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

The first interview involved a mock cold call and some general questions. The cold call was pretty basic, and I had to deal with some common objections. The other questions were more about my life experiences, like asking for an example of when I made a mistake.

I talked to 5 people in total, and they got back to me really fast. It was recruiter, manager, then two managers back-to-back, and then the director. They really value coachability. They did mention they've changed their interview process since I applied since I was the last one with the old format. Now, they give you a case study and expect you to pitch it, so definitely have a solid pitch script ready!
