Candidate-reported interview process

Attentive’s interview process is refreshingly transparent and thoughtful—well-paced with clear preparation guidance, genuine engagement from interviewers, and assignments that genuinely aim to understand your strengths. Conversations that offer real insight into the role, team, and company culture.

It was a couple of zoom meetings with the Account Directors, who the BDR would work under. The team was spread across the country. Each zoom call had basic questions about your background and then involved a mock cold call.

It was a pretty smooth process overall, with several rounds involving people with different titles. A little repetitive maybe, but I liked it. I think there were 4 rounds in total.
