Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was easy and to the point, with good communication throughout. While some questions were challenging and unexpected, most were standard. Although I didn't get the job, it turned out to be for the best. The interview process itself was quite fast and moved along efficiently.

It was a standard interview process with a few rounds involving the recruiter and then team members. Afterwards, I had to give a presentation to show I could interpret data and build a deck. I was told the team and manager were extremely impressed with my presentation, but then they decided not to move forward with me. It felt like a waste of time!

I had a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. We talked about my experience and the responsibilities for the role. A few days later, I got an email saying they decided to move forward with another candidate.
