I interviewed with the nurse manager for the floor. They introduced me to the other nurses and staff on the floor. I was encouraged to ask questions. It was mainly a one-on-one interview and very laid back. They described what a typical day in the position would be like.
HR reached out to me to figure out what I was looking for and my preferred work areas. The unit manager then interviewed me. About a month later, the unit manager called and said she needed to relist the job through human resources, so I should expect to hear from them. HR got in touch, and I went in to complete the necessary paperwork that week. Make sure to bring a paycheck stub for direct deposit.
Applied and then got a call about 2 weeks later to schedule an interview. The interview was the week after that, on a Thursday. They offered me the job the following Monday. It was a one-on-one interview and was pretty standard.
