It was a pretty simple and straightforward interview process, with no tricky questions. We mainly talked about my past experiences and looked through my resume. They asked about my research and the techniques I used. It wasn't challenging or difficult, and the communication and hiring process were very quick, wrapping up in under a month.
The interview was held in the hospital cafeteria. The interviewer asked some basic scenario questions. It felt relaxed and informal. By the end, I was told I'd be recommended for the job. It took about a month to get the final confirmation. I was called with details about pay and when the next orientation would be. I also got new hire paperwork via email to fill out and send back.
Had a simple interview with two managers, it took under 30 mins. Got the offer two weeks later over the phone, HR confirmed by email. Super positive experience overall.
