Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a recruiter phone screen, then we moved onto technical questions that were leetcode style. After that, it was a behavioral interview focusing on my desire to learn and how I align with the company's values. The final round was with the hiring manager to assess team fit. Overall it was pretty easy, not too challenging, just needed to be personable and easy to get along with, while also being able to talk about my skills.

Had a preliminary call with the recruiter, they told me about the job, where it is, when to start, and so on. Then, I had an interview with 3 developers. They asked me questions about Java, JavaScript, OOP, Spring Boot, and APIs.

Had an initial video call with a team member, which was a behavioral interview. I was told I passed to the next round, but then never heard back from the recruiter, even after sending emails.
