It started with a recruiter phone screen, then we moved onto technical questions that were leetcode style. After that, it was a behavioral interview focusing on my desire to learn and how I align with the company's values. The final round was with the hiring manager to assess team fit. Overall it was pretty easy, not too challenging, just needed to be personable and easy to get along with, while also being able to talk about my skills.
I had a quick chat with the hiring manager first, then a group interview with two team members, and finally, I interviewed with my manager.
I made it to the third round of the interview process. First with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then two team members. Everyone was very friendly. I thought it went well, but I never truly found out because I was completely ghosted. I still haven't heard back over a year later lol.
