Candidate-reported interview process

So for this systems engineer role, they had MCQs, a technical round, and then a managerial round, followed by HR. It took about a year to get the offer, but I did join Syntel as a fresher. I actually interviewed for a developer position but ended up working as a Linux admin. It's a pretty good place for freshers to learn a lot.

It was quite easy ,we had to apply online and then they would ask us to give an aptitude test and if you pass it then you'll be qualified for the interview.

First, there was an online test with Technical and Aptitude questions. After that, a GD round. The third round was a Technical Round, and finally, an HR round.
