Candidate-reported interview process

You start with an aptitude test, then a group discussion. After that, there's a tech interview, then an interview with the Sr. Manager, and finally an HR round before the offer. For walk-ins, it's usually two rounds of discussion and then the offer. Tech roles also have specific tech discussions with practice heads.

First, there was a phone call, then a Skype interview. The first round was all technical stuff. The second round mixed in managerial and technical aspects. After that, I had an HR call to talk about salary, and I got the offer about 6-7 days after that last call.
