Since it was campus recruitment, they first asked us to submit our resumes for a screening. After that, selected people were invited for a group discussion (GD). There were 10 candidates in each GD, and an HR Executive led it. The topics for GD were pretty open, like the state of sports in India and ideas for energy management. From each GD, two people moved on to the interview. The interview panel had a Senior HR Manager and a Practice Director.
Got hired after a 1:1 interview and a phone call. Since I was referred, the interview process was pretty standard, focusing on my background, experience, and skills. This was covered in both the phone and in-person interviews.
Had a technical interview that went well and lasted about 45 minutes. After they confirmed I was selected and I gave them my documents, they sent the offer. The HR was not given enough information and this delayed the process.
