So after my resume was shared, there was an HR call for a basic chat. Then I had the Syntel interview and after that, the client interview. Once I passed the interviews, they gave me an offer letter and started the hiring process by collecting my documents.
We had an aptitude test in college, then a group discussion with 10 people on 'woman empowerment in society'. After that, there was a technical interview covering basic C logic and data structures. It was an average interview. Finally, a simple HR round for formality.
The interview process had 4 steps. First was an online aptitude test, it was easy but the time was short. Second was a group discussion, which is the main round because the selection ratio is low. If you clear this, you are 80% done. Third was a technical interview, and the fourth was an HR interview. The technical interview is very basic. Don't try too hard. Instead, focus on simple and commonly asked questions.
