It was a full day interview, quite draining. There were 5 stages: intro, group discussion/comprehension, aptitude test, HR interview, and operations round. It was generally easy to pass, but the condition of pure night shifts and low salary made me decide against it.
The hiring process involved an aptitude test, an English conversation, and an HR interview. I made it to the HR stage but was rejected because I had already taken my graduate exams. The overall process was simple and straightforward. The HR team wasn't particularly polite and seemed forcefully arrogant when dealing with everyone, possibly due to the large number of candidates.
there were 5 rounds which were quite easy. 1. free speech 2. email writing 3. aptitude test 4. hr round 5. operations round basic finance questions were asked. even if you don't know answers to there question just be confident and tell them clearly "I DON'T KNOW". I could not answer 4 question out of 5. then also they selected me. if you are not confident you r gonna loose. they selected only 2 of us out of 54.
