Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a normal aptitude test, including quant and verbal ability. Then, there was a tech test covering language, DBA, and software engineering concepts. We also had a group activity where we had to draw a flowchart for a given problem and then write the code for it. Finally, there was an HR interview.

The interview process felt disorganized, and it seemed like they weren't sure what they were looking for. They described the company in an awkward way and didn't seem very interested or invested. They didn't present a positive view of the company or the job. It felt like they just needed someone to fill a spot rather than someone with specific skills and talents.

The interview process was easy and short, questions were related to QA process and functional testing. I received a call from HR and then had a one-to-one interview with the manager. Questions were to the point and the process was smooth.
