Submitted resume, had an HR call to check initial fit, then interviewed with Syntel, and after that, with the client. Once I passed, I got the offer letter, and then they collected necessary documents to start the hiring process.
Had a quick 30 min chat about Agile Processes after completing two assessment tests a couple of weeks before. It's pretty straightforward if you do some research beforehand. They also send an email outlining key areas to focus on, which is quite a comprehensive list.
It was a super easy and generic interview process. I wasn't sure what they were looking for. Took about a month to get an offer with a bunch of follow-ups. The recruiting team was Sully. Not a great experience.
