Candidate-reported interview process

We had a Google Meets chat with the lead animator and head of animation. We discussed the project details and the expected timeline. They also shared insights into the studio's culture, mentioned their hybrid work setup, and talked about performance quotas.

It was a relaxed and informative meeting where we both asked each other questions. It was well-organized, and at the end, I was told about the outcome of the interview.

It was a very casual and easy interview with the animation leads. They discussed the projects and asked about the time taken for my shots. The position offered remote work outside of BC, which was a positive aspect.
