Candidate-reported interview process

I had one meeting with the rigging team where we chatted about my background, some technical challenges, and my favorite cartoons. The whole thing was about 30 minutes, and it was pretty chill and fun :)

We had a Google Meets chat with the lead animator and head of animation. We discussed the project details and the expected timeline. They also shared insights into the studio's culture, mentioned their hybrid work setup, and talked about performance quotas.

The hiring process was pretty chill and went smoothly. They communicated well and it was easy to get my interviews scheduled. The vibe during the conversation was professional but also felt comfortable. The questions they asked were direct, mostly focused on my past work and what's in my portfolio. All in all, it was a good experience, no weird pressure or anything.
