Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process could be improved by having HR reps more familiar with the company and the role. My interviewer was late and seemed unprepared, only asking me to talk about myself, making it hard to have a meaningful conversation. I felt like just another number, not a candidate being genuinely considered. A more structured interview would be more valuable for both sides.

So, there are three rounds for technical discussion and then one HR round. For me, the final round will be visa discussion. It might differ based on location. Best of luck for all!

Had a 1st call with hr, then a 2nd call with tech devs. It was an easy task for solving a react problem, specifically why components are re-rendered. The description was pretty clever at the beginning, but the problem appeared when I looked into the code. It was garbage, so I was trying to listen to the devs and understand the unpleasant code. In addition, they provided some bad ideas as a hint, which led me astray. I started nervous and was thinking maybe the problem is me. However, after the interview, I calmed down and solved it by myself in 3 min. What I would recommend: don't listen to dev-interviews for prompts, just handle it by yourself. It's really easy.
