So the interview process for a registered nurse usually starts with screening your application, then there are behavioral and clinical assessments. It was a good experience. They asked me questions and were very nice. Since I did an internal transfer within the company, the process was smoother. The interviewers asked relevant questions, and I also asked them several questions about the job.
First, I had to complete a personality test. Then, I met with HR, and after that, I met with the nurse manager on the floor. They were really responsive and super honest about the floor's culture.
