So the interview process for a registered nurse usually starts with screening your application, then there are behavioral and clinical assessments. After that, you might have peer or panel interviews. It all wraps up with final evaluations to see if you've got the right qualifications, skills, and if you'd be a good fit team-wise and professionally, plus if you align with what the organization values.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with an initial interview done virtually. Then, the following week, I had an in-person interview. I heard back that they were offering me the job the day after that.

I went to a job fair and they asked me about my industry history, what makes me a good candidate, and why I wanted to work there. They also asked about my prior experience.
