Candidate-reported interview process

First I had a phone call and email with the recruiter. Then I went onsite and had an interview with 2 educators. After that, I got a follow up call inviting me for a second interview and a shadow day.

The hiring process was really fast, pretty standard stuff. They looked over my past jobs and asked how I'd deal with some scenarios. I was also asked about shifts longer than I expected, which is common since everywhere needs nurses right now.

I had a video interview for an NP role with multiple stages. It seemed to go okay at first, but then they just stopped responding. They completely ghosted me in the end. It was a disappointing experience.
