I had a really long interview process for this job, talking to at least 9 different people over more than 3 months. It was a big time commitment, but in the end, I never heard back about whether I got the job or if they decided to go with someone else. It was pretty disappointing and felt unprofessional, especially for a company of their size. They also seemed pretty disorganized throughout the whole thing.
Got a short phone call first, and then they invited me to their office for a more formal meeting. This meeting was with two managers who were nice and asked me questions about my past work experience.
First I had a phone call and email with the recruiter. Then I went onsite and had an interview with 2 educators. After that, I got a follow up call inviting me for a second interview and a shadow day.
