Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward; first stage is a behavioral interview with more junior associates as part of the team that asks about previous work history, what you want to work on, and your specific focus; then a writing sample assignment with a pretty tight turnaround; and then a final interview with more senior members

It was pretty straightforward, honestly. First, I had a screening round with just the Assistant Director. Then, the final round was with both the Associate Director and Assistant Director. They gave me the questions for the first round beforehand, and the second round was all about standard STAR behavioral questions.

So the first interview was with the assistant directors, and it was around 15 minutes, plus an additional 10 during which I asked questions. The second interview was with the associate and deputy directors, and it lasted about a half hour in total.
