Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really disorganized. They kept rescheduling and lost HR documents. Basically, they ask if you went to college and what a gram stain is. If you meet those qualifications, they'll hire you.

It was a pretty standard interview. They asked the typical questions, like what are your strengths and weaknesses.

I had a phone interview scheduled for 2pm est, but I waited until 2:20pm and no one called. So I decided to stop waiting and move on with my day. I'm not sure if I'll still get a call, but this felt pretty unprofessional.
