The interview process was really disorganized. They kept rescheduling and lost HR documents. Basically, they ask if you went to college and what a gram stain is. If you meet those qualifications, they'll hire you.
HR reached out to me for my resume. I had a recruiter phone screen, then an in-person interview with the lab manager within a couple weeks. They gave me a basic math/problem solving quiz during the interview, which lasted about an hour total. I got an offer soon after and started work pretty quickly. I think they were short-staffed.
I applied for the Biologist position a few months back and eventually heard from them. We got an interview scheduled pretty quickly. The interview was in a common area that also serves as a cafeteria. Instead of the supervising manager who couldn't make it, I met with three group leaders. They were really nice and had a bunch of questions ready to assess my skills. The interview went for about an hour, and surprisingly, I got the job offer the very next day. I was able to start working a full week after the interview.
