So first there was like a logic test, 15 questions or so. Then I had a coding challenge, 3 questions. After that, it was 2 tech interviews and then an HR interview.

So the process started with a take-home coding puzzle, and if you passed that, you'd move on to the onsite interview. The people I met at the onsite were really cool. I met with two architects and had to do two coding puzzles. I didn't quite finish the second one in time and didn't get an offer. I really liked their culture though; they seem to value potential and not just specific skills.

I met the recruiters at a campus career fair. Then, the next day, I had an interview scheduled for the end of the week. It was a classic coding interview: I had to solve a simple problem and then implement it in a language of my choice, and also answer questions about the time and memory complexity. The interviewer was nice and helpful.
