Candidate-reported interview process

We had a pretty solid pre-screening and phone interview process before I traveled to the main office for the in-person interviews. The face-to-face part involved a PowerPoint presentation where I talked about my previous company and then did some mock situations at Athena with the senior staff. There were also quite a few phone interviews, and then a panel interview with as many as 7 people in one day, either before or after I gave my slide presentation.

I applied through my university, and about a week later I had a phone interview. Right after that, I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of four 30-minute interviews back-to-back. Everyone I met was really nice and kept the interviews conversational, though they did weave in some standard interview questions. The office vibe and the company's mission really made me want to accept the offer. I got the offer a few days after the onsite and accepted it within a week.

I went through a bunch of phone and video interviews, like 6 in total, talking to different people each time. It felt like I was having the same conversation over and over. Some of the interviewers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, asking their few questions and then I had to fill the rest of the time. Honestly, it felt like a joke. I got so fed up with all the pointless phone interviews that I withdrew my application. It was clear they weren't good at finding the right people, especially since they mentioned having 6 reps in that territory in just 7 years. That really shows their process is flawed.
