A referral from an employee led to a quick contact from a recruiter to set up a phone screen. The recruiter asked standard questions about my experience and background, and also about my interest in the role and company. After the call, I was told I'd meet the team. I tried to schedule this by email but the recruiter was unresponsive even after multiple follow-ups. I reached out to my contact to check on the status, and that same day, the recruiter finally got back to me to schedule another call. I sent my availability several times again with no reply.

Overall, the interview process here is nonexistent because the people managing it are very unprofessional. Seriously, do not consider this company for your career path. Don't even bother traveling to their office, they won't offer you a glass of water, showing a complete lack of courtesy. The person who spends over a month coordinating with you won't even be there to meet you. Your whole day will be wasted.

Had a screener call, then a 30 minute recruiter call, followed by an hour-long manager call. After that, there were two more 30 minute chats with SMEs or VIPs. They threw in a few 'what-if' scenarios which were pretty practical and easy to handle. They communicated well when setting things up, but then went silent after the last interview. Noticed the listing was removed sometime later.
