Candidate-reported interview process

It's the basic getting to know you, talk about your past exp. Then analytical questions like 15% of 300 and reasoning questions. First up was a logical reasoning round – for me the question was - Given 5 ltr and 3 ltr jar and we need 4 ltrs, you can take water in and out how many ever times! Then, the 9 coin question - Out of 9, 1 coin is little lesser than the rest, You could use the balance only twice!!!!?

I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then they invited me for in-person interviews with 5 team members. They were all nice, and I sent thank you emails afterwards. But then, they just ghosted me! I tried reaching out to the recruiter and the hiring manager, and nothing. I was so shocked! It's fine if they didn't want to hire me, but at least they could have replied. I spent hours prepping for the interviews and then the whole day there. The least they could do was thank me for my time and tell me they weren't moving forward. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had 2 interviews. The first one was mostly behavioral. The second one had standard questions like "tell me about yourself" and "why are you interested in the role?" plus more behavioral questions. Both were 30 minutes.
