Candidate-reported interview process

So I had a recruiter phone screen, then the director phone screen, and then an in-person interview. Since I'm working full-time, I asked to split the interview into two parts. After the first in-person interview phase, they were supposed to schedule the next phase, but the recruiter emailed saying the position was gone due to a re-org. I got referred to another department for a similar title, and after two rounds of in-person interviews, they told me this role was for an individual contributor and my experience is more lead/manager level. What a waste of time. Such a dis-organized company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was contacted by a recruiter on a job platform. Had a first call with them, then a second call because 30 minutes wasn't enough time. Then had a call with the hiring manager who seemed unprepared and hadn't read my resume or been briefed by the recruiter. After that, the recruiter ghosted me, not responding to voicemails or emails. It was a bad experience.

The interview process included a Managerial round, a Technical round, and a Team fitness round. These rounds focused on assessing your technical knowledge from past projects and your specific contributions. They also looked into your role as a manager, specifically regarding hiring, keeping people on the team, and helping them grow.
