Worst interview process ever. They called candidates on a weekend, and none of the interviewers were even face-to-face. They scheduled a Webex call with an interviewer who was lying on his bed during the interview, with his laptop on his chest. All the Glassdoor feedback about this place is accurate. Seriously, don't waste your time here.
The interview process involved multiple conversations with various team members. A coding challenge using either Python or R was part of it. The main interview day consisted of meeting eight different people within a single afternoon. Both behavioral and technical questions were asked throughout. It was a lengthy interview process overall, though quite standard. A preliminary 45-minute phone screening also took place, focusing mainly on technical aspects.
I initially applied online but received no response; my application was apparently closed without review. I later attended a recruiting event at a local university where I spoke with a representative who was impressed with my resume and experience. They connected me with a hiring recruiter, and I was contacted two days later for a phone interview. I spoke with the recruiter for about 20 minutes and was told I'd hear back soon, but I never did.
