Candidate-reported interview process
It was pretty easy. We started with a phone interview, then a group session with other applicants. After that, I went into two in-person interviews on the same day. I also got to hear from some current employees.
So the first step was this phone call, it was about 20 mins. They asked me about my interest in Athena and why I wanted to work there. And some other stuff the phone screener asked.
The whole process was pretty straightforward, though it did take a while. It started with a really basic phone chat, then there was a one-on-one meeting a couple of weeks later, and then the official offer came a few weeks after that. It was a pretty laid-back experience overall, but it spanned more than a month.
