I talked to and interviewed with a bunch of different departments. They did a good job explaining things and making sure I would feel like a good fit, but it was a lot, so be serious about it.
Had a few interviews, started with a screening call, then talked to the head of the department. After that, met with a bunch of people from the hiring team for the last few. It wasn't too stressful and was handled pretty well overall.
So for a BDR role here at athenahealth, you'll go through a few rounds. They really want to see your sales skills, how you think through problems, and if you'll fit in. You'll probably do some role-playing, answer questions about yourself, and talk about what you know about healthcare.
