Candidate-reported interview process
I submitted my resume to a friend who then forwarded it to HR. After that, HR reached out to me and we had one phone interview. Then, I had two in-person interviews.
We had two phone screenings, then two more skype interviews, and finally two in-person interviews.
There were 4 rounds in total. The first round was an aptitude test and was moderate. The other rounds were 1-on-1 interviews where they asked about my work experience. After that, they didn't provide any feedback, and I had to follow up myself to get the results, which was quite annoying. The whole process took about a month to get a response.
