The interview process had three rounds: Analytical, Programming, and Technical. The analytical round was a 1-hour written test with 10 non-multiple choice questions. These questions were pretty easy. The programming round was also 1 hour long and had three questions, with the first one being required. All three programming questions were like puzzles and didn't need specific algorithms or data structures knowledge. The first question was the easiest. Then there were two technical interviews that mostly focused on my resume, with some puzzle and technical questions thrown in. The whole thing was pretty easy.
It was a great experience. There was a written IQ test, followed by technical and personal interviews. There was a week's gap between each round of skills assessment. Then there was a client/stakeholder introduction followed by a personal interview. The offer letter was released after a background check and document verification.
The interview included a puzzle round, followed by two coding rounds focusing on data structures, then a technical interview, a managerial interview, and finally an HR round. The coding rounds emphasized data structures and logical thinking.
