Candidate-reported interview process

The first step was an HR interview where they asked about my long-term career goals, my reasons for seeking a new role, and my salary expectations. Next, I had a technical phone screen with the hiring manager. The final stage was an onsite interview which included a presentation and full-day meetings with different team members.

First you have an interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager and other team member, if you pass that, you get invited for a full day panel interview and having lunch with the team, if they are still interested, you will have to go back for an experimental design, creating a Power point and presenting it to the whole team.

I had a phone interview with HR and the hiring manager, then I went onsite. At the onsite, I gave a talk about my research and then met with the interview team in small groups. The interviews were mostly focused on my technical skills.
