The interview process involved two phone interviews and one Zoom interview. It was a pretty simple process. I was impressed by the management and leadership skills shown. The hiring manager was approachable and provided concise answers to my questions.
This was one of the best tech interviews I've ever had. The questions were straight to the point. The interview is a 2-step process. The first interview has some general technical questions like what kind of SDL you worked with, how do you start developing a new system, and what approach would you use.
The first step was an HR interview where they asked about my long-term career goals, my reasons for seeking a new role, and my salary expectations. Next, I had a technical phone screen with the hiring manager. The final stage was an onsite interview which included a presentation and full-day meetings with different team members.
