The process was pretty straightforward. I went to the office and looked at the list of available positions. After telling HR which ones I was interested in, they gave me the information and I went straight to the interviewer for that role.
I saw the job online and sent my application via email. I heard back with an email asking if I could come in the next day to interview. The interview had two people, my future boss and the head student worker. They asked me about my past experience, how responsible I was (since many applicants are new to working), and my potential start date. I got a call the next day with a job offer.
The interview process was super chill. I talked with two student supervisors, and it only took about 15 minutes. Mostly they just asked if I could handle the job's physical demands, like lifting 50 pounds or hanging out in the cooler for a bit. Then, they threw some "what if" scenarios at me to see how I'd react.
