I applied online and then got an email to come to the HR office to fill out an application. After that, I took the application to the Student Union office and the Building Manager there gave it to the supervisor. I had two interviews: one with the person who currently has the position, and another with the supervisor. It was all behavioural questions.
I had a first phone call, then I met with HR, and finally with specific dept managers. Since I was coming from far away, they didn't require me to come for a second interview.
The process was pretty straightforward. I went to the office and looked at the list of available positions. After telling HR which ones I was interested in, they gave me the information and I went straight to the interviewer for that role.
