Had a good interview, HR talked with me for about 30 minutes. Then there was a LabVIEW coding part with a principal and a senior engineer. After that, the manager asked some behavior questions. Got feedback from HR later and went over the offer details. They gave me more salary than I expected.
It was a short process with no coding interview. It was basically just getting to know you. The interviewer wanted to see drive, passion, and willingness to learn new technology. Overall, the experience was good and the company is a good company to work for.
They give you a tour of the place and tell you about the different departments. During some of the tours, you'll stop in a room and chat with someone who asks you some technical questions, mostly behavioral ones.
