It was a long interview, about two to two and a half hours, with 5 team leads and technical stakeholders. They asked both technical and behavioral questions. They also gave me a tour of the company at the end. It was a wonderful experience.
It was the usual interview process, where I talked to many team members both virtually and in person. It began with a screening call from the internal recruiter, and then I had my in-person interviews with the hiring manager and some other folks.
Applied through LinkedIn. Got an email to schedule a preliminary phone interview with the HR Director. After that, I had an in-person interview with the manager of the repairs department. We talked about standard interview topics, and I got a tour of the facilities. They mentioned they'd be in touch after finishing other interviews. I received a job offer the very next day.
