Candidate-reported interview process

It began with a phone screen where we talked about my experience and if I was a good fit. Then, there was a one hour interview. The first half was a deep dive into my technical projects. The second half was a C++ coding round where I had to code basic data structures and math stuff while they watched. That was it, no more interviews.

It was super technical, even though they said it would be behavioral. Four people interviewed me since I was also applying for an electrical engineering internship. It felt all over the place and tough to focus on anything since there were four interviewers.

I had a technical screening with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. The panel included both technical and behavioral questions. They asked about my graduate school work and also about technical problems the team is currently working on. Everyone was really communicative, professional, and friendly.
