First, there was a screening call where they asked specific questions about my background and skills. Then, I had a one-on-one with the hiring manager. They started with a few standard questions but then it became more of a conversation. Finally, there was a group interview that felt pretty unstructured. Sometimes it was a free-flowing discussion, and other times people were asking prepared questions.
It began with a phone screen where we talked about my experience and if I was a good fit. Then, there was a one hour interview. The first half was a deep dive into my technical projects. The second half was a C++ coding round where I had to code basic data structures and math stuff while they watched. That was it, no more interviews.
The interview process involved three rounds. The first two rounds were straightforward, focusing on discussing my past experience as detailed on my resume. The final round was a panel interview where they asked theoretical, knowledge-based, and behavioral questions. There was about a week's gap between each interview, making the process rather lengthy.
