Aston Technologies Inc. Interview Questions

The interview process for the Frontend Developer role was solid and felt really professional. I talked about my React experience, went over important concepts, and handled the technical questions like a champ. Also did a quick coding challenge and walked through how I approached it.

Had four interviews total. First was with the company recruiter. Second was a phone interview with the hiring managers. Third was a zoom call with the recruiter and the sr network engineer. Last one was a zoom with 4 other team members.

We started with a quick phone chat. Then there was an in-person interview that involved doing some hands-on networking tasks on computers. I talked to 3 people in total. The whole thing, from the first call to the offer, took about 2-3 weeks.
