I first applied on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone screen, followed by a panel interview with the PM team where I met with them individually. They were really good at communicating, open to my questions, and seemed genuinely interested.

It began with a standard HR phone screen. I got an email saying I'd advanced and needed to complete an application on their site. But within 12 hours, I logged in and saw a message saying I was no longer being considered. When I asked Candidate Care, they said 'apparently someone changed their mind.' The official email about not being considered didn't arrive for another four days. Wondering how they treat employees if this is how they treat candidates.

The process started with online psych profiling, then a screening with the hiring manager, and concluded with an assessment centre. The assessment centre had two parts: first, a presentation on a topic given 30 minutes beforehand with Q&A, and second, a competence-based interview with HR. The whole thing took three months from application to the final interview, and I still haven't heard back about the outcome. It seems like the role might not even exist.
