I had a phone interview with HR and then the hiring manager. After that, I went for an onsite interview which included other team members and took a whole day. I also had to give a seminar related to my previous research.
First I spoke with the recruiter to go over my skills and the job, then I had a phone chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had a zoom interview with the heads of departments and HR. It all took about 3 hours.
The interview process was very long, taking several months. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant. First, there was a phone screening with HR from the company, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, I had extended interviews with other Directors, all conducted via Skype.
