The first part was a 30-minute phone call with some basic questions. After that, I had a zoom interview with some team members. Then I had to wait a few weeks for the results.
The interview process has two rounds. The first round involves questions about your CV or your perspective on the pharmaceutical industry. In the second round, they'll ask about your personal values, often presenting situational questions for you to solve.
It was a competency based interview with 2 interviewers. First was the HR manager, then someone from the QC department for the technical part. HR manager was nice, the QC guy was more of a pen pusher.
