The hiring process was really smooth. The talent acquisition team did an excellent job of communicating and responding to any questions I had. Interviews were scheduled quickly and at reasonable times, considering the interviewers were in three separate time zones. All interviews were conducted via video. The interviewers were really nice and immediately made me feel comfortable. Additionally, I was given a case study topic and asked to present on it, and I was given a reasonable amount of time to prepare. They were also very prompt in communicating the decision. By far, this was the best interviewing experience.
It was a long process. HR phone interview, then hiring manager. Then 10 people interviewed in 8 sessions over four days. It was all video calls. Most questions were general. One session was hard to communicate due to poor English. No response after that.
The interview process was overall extremely professional and pleasant, one of the best I've had in my career. It started with a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 60-minute panel interview. Then, there was a 60-minute session split between a senior manager (30 minutes) and HR (30 minutes), and finally, a 30-minute interview with a senior executive. All interviews began with introductions and a clear outline of the schedule and content, all in a friendly atmosphere. There was always time for questions, and HR kept me informed about the next steps. The entire process, from the first interview to the offer, took less than a month.
