The interview process felt smooth and relaxed. They mainly asked behavioral questions about teamwork and problem-solving instead of technical ones. Everyone I spoke with was very understanding and flexible, which made the experience comfortable.
Easy Interview! They asked common interview questions, and also about my availability and personal situation. They were very responsive after the interview and got back to me within 2 weeks, though the Heinz process itself took a little while.
The interview process was pretty intense and lengthy, though it seems to vary by department. Overall, I didn't think it was too bad. They set you up to meet with a good number of employees and staff.
