Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process felt smooth and relaxed. They mainly asked behavioral questions about teamwork and problem-solving instead of technical ones. Everyone I spoke with was very understanding and flexible, which made the experience comfortable.

The interview process was pretty simple and involved a good number of case studies. There was also one question about DEI. All in all, it was a pretty smooth process and I wouldn't say it was a very technical interview.

The interview was fantastic and the interviewers were very personable! They made me feel super comfortable. The interviewing style definitely leans towards set interview questions rather than more conversational or loose-ended questions. Overall it was a great experience and a great team.
