ASSA ABLOY Group Engineer interviews, decoded.

Had a zoom interview first, then an in-person one. They asked some basic questions and a few technical ones. You should be ready to talk about what your perfect work environment and schedule look like, and how you operate most effectively.

I received an invitation for an introductory Teams meeting with HR and the team lead. HR gave a general introduction, and then both sides (applicant and company) introduced themselves. After that, the questions began. HR started, followed by the team lead, who asked detailed questions about the role and my relevant experience. Finally, HR asked a few more questions.

It was a multi-level process. Started with a quick phone interview, then an online Zoom interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with senior management and other staff.
